I completely understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to transfer your deposit as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Any same-day reschedule will result in your $50 deposit being kept, same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows (no message) will be charged 85% to the card on file. I reserve this time specifically for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult for other clients to book. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and craft.
